All domestic orders are sent via NZ Post.

Please note - If your address is rural and Rural Shipping is not selected at checkout, we will hold rural parcels until the balance has been paid.

International

If you are not from NZ and would like to place an order, please email us for a custom shipping quote. We are happy to ship internationally upon request!

Order processing time

We will process your order within 24 hours of your order confirmation. We're committed to delivering your purchase promptly as we know you and your pet are eager to enjoy it. For added convenience, we also process orders over the weekend! You will receive an email with a tracking number for you to track your item once we have shipped it.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery to urban locations in New Zealand typically occurs within 3 - 5 working days. For rural areas, please allow up to 7 working days for your items to arrive.

Note that there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen courier complications.
